Stacking of pallet: Stacking method should up to the cargo type and weight and dimension of pallet. The bearing surface utilization rate shall not more than 80%. Other requirement following as:   

 

Wooden, paper and metal cube cargo should single or multiple interweave stacking and POV covered.    

Paper and fibre cargo should single and multiple stacking and they must cross packed by packing belt   

 

Sealed metal container and other cylinder shaped cargo should single or multiple stacking and they must be strengthened by wooden cover.

 

Paper, textile and other cargo need water and moisture proofing storage should single or multiple interweave stacking. 

 

Fragile cargo should single and multiple stacking with wooden support plate. 

Metal bottle and other cylinder shape container should single and multiple stacking with cargo frame and support plate. 

Bags cargo should multiple stacking interweave stacking.

 

The common way of pallet fixing way include but not limited: banding, gluing and stretch wrapping  

There are extra equipment of cargo protection and fixing if necessary: paper, wooden, plastics etc.      

Notice coordination of forklift, pallet and rack  

Pallet jack and forklift could operate the pallet, but fork as width as possible in the pallet slot and fork length should excess two-third of pallet length.   

In order to avoid pallet damage and cargo collapsing, pallet jack and forklift should keep constant speed and less emergency braking and sharp turning. 

In case rack storing, steel pallet should in steady position and length of pallet should excess 50mm of Shelf beam diameter
